Founding Partner programme in development

Founding Partner Launch Programme

Build the capability your clients are missing.

Clients do not need another lessons-learned archive. They need to turn temporary team experience into durable organisational knowledge. LARA gives partners a service model for doing that.

You bring the Engineer. The client builds the Steward.

The partner enables the implementation. The client appoints a Steward to make learning trustworthy across teams. Together they build a capability that stays with the client.

Build consulting, implementation and learning services around LARA.

A licensed partner can:

  • deliver professional LARA services using the protected implementation system;
  • offer official courses once instructor requirements are met;
  • buy learner licences at a 25% partner discount;
  • receive 25% off LARA courses and events for employees; and
  • earn on authorised courses it refers or resells.

Partners set and retain their own consulting and course prices. LARA does not take a percentage of consulting revenue.

Founding Partner offer

The launch terms are agreed but not yet published. They will appear here when the partner agreement and application process are ready.

Clear commercial boundaries

  • The client keeps the right to operate its completed implementation internally.
  • Each course participant requires a learner licence.
  • Official course delivery requires an appropriately qualified and authorised instructor.
  • Partner status, individual certification and implementation assurance are separate.
  • Protected LARA materials may not be republished or turned into competing training.

For partners ready to build—not merely display—a badge.

The programme is for organisations ready to develop LARA capability, nominate future Engineers and improve the system through real use and feedback.
