How laraom.com collects, uses and protects information.
Who we are
This site is published by Be Lean Agile ApS (VAT/CVR DK42802107), Valhøjvej 12G, 2500 Valby, Denmark, referred to as “we”, “us” or “LARA” in this notice. Be Lean Agile ApS is the data controller for personal information processed through this website. Contact details are in the Contact section below.
Information we collect
We collect information in four ways:
- Information you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, organisation, work email, role, the decision domain you describe and your message.
- Information in emails you send us directly. If you email us instead of using the form, we collect whatever you include in that email and its metadata (sender address, subject, timestamp).
- Basic server, security and diagnostic logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider's server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you request. This is standard web-server behaviour for operating and securing the site, not a tracking script we add.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visit and page-performance trends. It is a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or any client-side storage and does not track you individually across sites. See Cookie Notice for detail.
Why we use it
We use contact-form and email information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about organisational adoption, partnership, permissions or feedback. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and the acknowledgement you give when submitting the form.
We use server and security logs to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping it running correctly and safely.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate and to improve it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating an effective website. This processing does not identify you individually.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) to operate this site:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) receives the contents of the contact form — the fields listed above — and relays them to our inbox by email. It does not receive any information beyond what you type into the form.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting-adjacent security, content-delivery and Web Analytics services, and as such may process technical request data (including IP address) as part of delivering the site and producing analytics.
- Our hosting provider serves the site's files and keeps standard access and security logs.
We do not otherwise sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area (including the United States), your information may be transferred and processed there under that provider's own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form and email enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of the conversation — normally no longer than is necessary for that purpose, after which we delete or anonymise them. Where we do not yet have a fixed retention period for a particular record, we apply the general principle of keeping it no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and review retained enquiries periodically. Server and security log data is typically retained for a short rolling period set by our hosting provider and Cloudflare. Aggregate Web Analytics data does not identify you individually and is not linked back to you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a valid reason to keep;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format; and
- lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority — in Denmark, the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), or your own country's equivalent authority.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps proportionate to the information involved, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and use of established, security-conscious service providers, to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site or our practices change. The date below reflects the version currently in effect.
